This website is not the product of a usual high-school project. This was created to help make a difference in the community. To help get the word out about energy conservation and to inform people about issues with our addiction with petroleum. To help encourage efficiency and to promote cars and technologies that make sense in our society. I believe in a brighter and prosperous future where people won't have to get by with wooden bicycles and lead cell phone casings but perhaps with energy conscience technologies and materials as well as environmentally friendly vehicles. As a Bothell Senior High student, I know that effort produces results and I hope that this site encourages people to rethink what "energy efficiency" means to them. If even a small group of people rethink their ideas of energy efficiency from this site I will be satisfied knowing that there is positive change in our society. -Peter H: Website Author | |
